Service Policies

We ask that you text to cancel 516-242-5280 at least 48 hours in advance prior to your appointment. This gives us enough time to get a replacement for your time slot that was set aside and booked in advance.

ALL deposits are non-refundable for service appointments. Deposits ensure that we will be professional by keeping your appointment and also as a client you keep your appointment as well and show up. If for any reason there is an emergency and we have to cancel your appointment then we would certainly return your deposit.

We ask that there aren't extra guests or kids during appointments.  We want to ensure that your appointment with us is focused on you, our client.

We ask that our clients arrive on time to their appointments. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes from your appointment time. After 15 minutes we will have to cancel because it will interfere with our other appointments for the day.

We ask that our client pay with cash or zelle. The zelle that we use for the business is under carmajaystudio@gmail.com. After your service is completed the remaining balance is due.
